1. When shopping in downtown department store we offer tax refund thru our partner GLOBAL BLUE

(there are restrictions to be met - customer has to be outside of EU and "export" the goods within three months of purchase, has to spend 2000,- czk in one store at the same day)

2. When shopping from countries outside of EU (telephone order, email order) VAT TAX is refunded automatically

Once you’ve found that perfect item, remember to ask the shop staff for a Tax Refund Cheque when you’re paying for it

2. STAMP IT
When you’re leaving the country, take your purchases, receipt and passport to the *customs desk to get your Tax Refund Cheque stamped

3. CASH IT
Finally, show your stamped Tax Refund Cheque, passport and credit card to Global Blue Customer Services or one of our partner refund points for a cash or credit card refund
